Ladder 1 (L1) - 2003 E-One aerial ladder
Ladder 1 will respond to structure fires in the Village of Cottage Grove
Specs:
  • Seating for Operator, Officer and 4 firefighters in the back
  • 300 gallon tank with foam capabilities
  • 2000 gallon per minute pump
  • 95 foot platform ladder with articulating master stream 


Engine 3 (E3) - 2022 Pierce Enforcer 
​E3 will respond to structures fires in the Town & Village
Specs:
  • Seating for Driver/Operator, Officer and 4 firefighters in the back
  • 2,000 gallon tank with foam capabilities
  • 2,000 gallon per minute Waterous pump ​

Engine 4 (E4) - 2008 Pierce Contender 
E4 will respond to all motor vehicle accidents and vehicle fires
Specs:
  • Seating for Driver/Operator, Officer and 4 firefighters in the back
  • 1000 gallon tank with foam capabilities
  • 1500 gallon per minute pump
  • Secondary 10 GPM @ 1800 PSI Ultra High Pressure System
  • Carries hydraulic extrication tools (Jaws of Life)

Brush 1 (B1) - 2020 Ford F550 SuperDuty pickup
B1 will respond to vehicle accidents/fires, outside fires, off-road incidents, medical assists and as a command car
Specs:
  • Seating for Driver, Officer and 2 firefighters in the back
  • 400 gallon tank with foam
  • 400 gallon per minute pump
  • Carries battery powered extrication multi-tool

Squad 1 (S1) - 1999 Custom Fire Peterbilt
S1 is a 2nd due truck carrying additional equipment and personnel
Specs:
  • Seating for Driver, Officer and 6 firefighters in the back
  • Cascade system for refilling SCBA's
  • Additional extrication tools, air (lift) bags, vehicle stabilizers 
  • Water rescue suits & equipment

Tender 1 (T1) - 2000 Monroe Fire Apparatus Peterbilt 
Tender 2 (T2) - 1997 Custom Fire Peterbilt
Tenders 1 and 2 will respond when municipal water sources (hydrants) are not available
Specs:
  • Each Tender seats one Driver/Operator and one Officer
  • Tender 1 has a 2500 gallon tank
  • Tender 2 has a 3650 gallon tank
  • Both carry portable water tanks for rural water operations

UTV 1 - 2019 Polaris Ranger 900 XP
UTV 1 will respond to brush fires and off-road areas with limited accessibility. A stokes basket attachment allows for patient transport in remote rescue situations

  • Seating for two personnel
  • Kimtek Firelite Deluxe Skid unit
  • 70 gallon tank
  • 65 gpm Darley pump
  • 50 foot Hannay hose reel
  • Stokes basket

After being taken out of service, this truck was lovingly refurbished over the years.
We bring her out for parades and other community events.
