What are the dates of the Festival?
  • Thursday, June 11th through Sunday, June 14th, 2026

What rides & games will be on the midway?
  • You can find a list of rides at www.rainbowvalleyrides.com

Where can I park?
  • Yes, the designated public parking area is accessed through the Bakken Park parking lot, 4064 Vilas Rd. Follow the signs past the soccer fields to the grass parking lot.
  • Parking along Grove St and the parking lot near the tennis/pickleball courts is reserved for handicap and authorized festival personnel parking.
  • Limited on street parking in available on surrounding streets.

Are credit cards accepted?
  • Only cash payments are accepted in the hamburger stand and beer tents. 
  • Rainbow Valley Rides accepts cash and credit card payments.
  • There are several ATM's located near the Big Beer Tent and in the Midway

What food & beverage options are there?
  • The Fire Department's Hamburger stand serves hamburgers, cheeseburgers, brats, hotdogs, chicken tenders, french fries, cheese curds, ice cream, a variety of Pepsi products, water, and more.
  • Rainbow Valley Rides has a number of food trucks with a large selection of food & beverage items. Visit rainbowvalleyrides.com for more information.
  • The Big Beer Tent serves Miller products. The Old Timer's Tent serves Miller & Budweiser products. All alcoholic beverages must remain inside the beer tents.

Are there taxi's available?
  • Yes, Free Union Cab SafeRider taxis are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We strongly encourage anyone without a designated driver to utilize this free (within 12 miles) service.

Where can I find more info on the Hot2Trot run?
  • The Hot2Trot 5K, Half-Marathon, and Kids Run is on Saturday morning of the festival.

When/where is the Parade?
  • The parade starts at Noon on Saturday.
  • The parade will begin at Cottage Grove School and travel south along Main Street, ending at Reynolds Street.
  • Main Street/Hwy N will be closed from Cottage Grove Road/Hwy BB to Coffeytown Road starting at 11:30am until the conclusion of the parade.
  • All floats/entrants must pre-register. There are a limited number of spots available.

Car Show Information
  • The Car Show will take place on Sunday at noon.
  • All registration will be in person starting at 11:00am.
  • Entry fee for the car show is $20 per vehicle, cash only.
  • Car show entrants will park along Grove St and the pickleball/tennis court parking lot.
  • Awards will be given for the following categories: Best Classic/Muscle Car, Best Modern Car, Best Truck, & Firefighter's Choice
